Let me start with a thank you

Thank you for being someone who cares enough to show up. 


When someone you love experiences the heartbreak of baby loss, it can be difficult to know what to say or how to help. This space is here to guide you through supporting your friend or family member with compassion, understanding and care. 


You're not expected to have all of the answers - juts your presence, kindness and willingness to listen can mean the world. This space office practical advice, gentle guidance and heartfelt insight to help you support your loved one with empathy and confidence.

Don't make comments of how quickly you can conceive

Maybe next time it will be okay

Make time to go and see them, spend time with them


Ask, would you like talk about your baby


Ask would they like to go for a walk


Check in on them every few days / months


Once a year has past, ask them how they are coping


Do not rush the couple or family grief process
